COVID-19 restrictions and requirements

 

The epidemy of COVID-19 disease is still active. The government is taking steps to prevent the spread of the epidemic, which often varies according to the number of actively infected and positively tested.

The state of the epidemic

 

When entering Slovenia, the person will not be quarantined for 10 days if submits:

  1. a negative PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus not older than 48 hours after swab collection and performed in a Member State of the European Union or the Schengen area, or
  2. a certificate of a positive PCR test result that is older than 21 days but not older than six months, or
  3. a certificate from a doctor that she/he has had COVID-19 and no more than six months have passed since the onset of symptoms, or
  4. a proof of vaccination against COVID-19 which shows that at least seven days have elapsed since receiving the second dose of Biontech / Pfizer or Moderna or at least 21 days since receiving the first dose of AstraZeneca.

 

The Police has launched a web application called Enter Slovenia to facilitate travelling to Slovenia. It is intended for passengers travelling to Slovenia or entering the country in order to transit through its territory. Using the application is not mandatory, but there are all needed and actual information.

When participating at sports activities, it is necessary to follow all instructions of the Ministry responsible for health, The National Institute of Public Health for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection and The Regulations and Recommendations for Organizers of Races and Trainings and Athletes During the COVID-19 Epidemic published by the Slovenian Orienteering Federation

When performing and participating in sports competitions, it is necessary to observe the Decree on temporary restrictions on the implementation of sports programs.

Foreigners coming to Slovenia to compete must comply with the regulations amending the Decree determining the conditions for entry into the Republic of Slovenia and regulations that temporarily restrict the movement and gathering of people

 

COMPETING AT SPORTS COMPETITIONS

Athletes and members of their teams participating in competitions in individual sports (national championships for members and juniors, major international sporting events and European Cups) and other organizational staff involved in the implementation of competitions may participate in competitions if they submit a negative result SARS-CoV-2 virus test, PCR test or antigen rapid test not older than 48 hours.

Testing does not need to be performed by persons who have:

  • proof of vaccination against COVID-19, proving that at least 7 days have passed since receiving the second dose of Biontech/Pfizer or Moderna at least 14 days or at least 21 days after receiving the first dose of AstraZeneca,

  • proof of a positive result of the PCR test or the antigen rapid test, which is older than 21 days but not older than 6 months,

  • a certificate from a doctor that they have had COVID-19 and that no more than 6 months have passed since the onset of symptoms.

Basic requirements or provisions for participants on the competitions:

  1. If you have signs of an acute respiratory infection, stay at home.

  2. The use of the mask is also recommended outdoors and during the competition.

  3. Keep a distance of 2 meters from other participants.

  4. Have a disinfectant in your car and use it.

  5. Bring foil to store the map.

  6. Do not perform the competition analysis in the finish.

  7. Do not have physical contact with other participants.

ACCOMMODATION and MEALS

Restaurants and accommodations are closed.

Restaurants can distribute and deliver meals ordered by phone or internet. Meals will be available at the organized accommodation.

 

BORDER CROSSING

Arriving from countries on the red list is possible with a negative PCR test that does not exceed 48 hours, otherwise you may be ordered a 10-day quarantine. Quarantine can be lifted earlier on a negative test.

Border crossing is possible only at the main crossings:

  • from Italy: Gorizia/Vrtojba, Fernetti/Fernetiči, Rabuese/Škofije;
  • from Austria: Karawankentunnel/Karavanke, Loibltunnel/Ljubelj, Spielfeld/Šentilj (highway), Bad Radkersburg/Gornja Radgona, Sicheldorf/Gederovci;
  • from Hungary: Rédics/Dolga vas, Tornyiszentmiklós/Pince (highway);
  • from Croatia: all crossings.

 


COVID-19 omejitve in zahteve

 

Epidemija bolezni COVID-19 še vedno traja. Vlada sprejema ukrepe za zajezitev širjenja epidemije, ki se pogosto spreminjajo glede na število aktivno okuženih in pozitivno testiranih.

Stanje epidemije

 

Pri izvajanju športnih aktivnosti je potrebno upoštevati vsa navodila ministrstva, pristojnega za zdravje, Nacionalnega inštituta za javno zdravje za preprečevanje okužbe z virusom SARS-CoV-2 ter Določila in priporočila za organizatorje tekem in treningov ter športnike v času epidemije COVID-19, ki jih je objavila Orientacijska zveza Slovenije.

Pri izvedbi in nastopu na športnih tekmovanjih je potrebno upoštevati Odlok o začasnih omejitvah pri izvajanju športnih programov.

Pri prihodu na tekmovanje je potrebno upoštevati Odlok o začasni delni omejitvi gibanja ljudi in prepovedi zbiranja ljudi, pri prihodu iz tujine pa tudi Odlok o spremembah Odloka o določitvi pogojev vstopa v Republiko Slovenijo.

 

NASTOPANJE NA ŠPORTNIH TEKMOVANJIH

Športniki in člani njihovih ekip, ki se udeležujejo tekmovanj v individualnih športnih panogah (državna prvenstva za člane in mladince, velike mednarodne športne prireditve in evropski pokali) ter drugo organizacijsko osebje, ki sodeluje pri izvedbi tekmovanj, se tekmovanj lahko udeležijo, če predložijo negativni rezultat testa na virus SARS-CoV-2 test PCR ali test HAG, ki ni starejši od 48 ur.

Testiranja ni potrebno izvesti osebam, ki imajo:

  • dokazilo o cepljenju zoper COVID-19, s katerim dokazujejo, da je od prejema drugega odmerka cepiva proizvajalca Biontech/Pfizer preteklo najmanj 7 dni ali proizvajalca Moderna najmanj 14 dni oz. od prejema prvega odmerka cepiva proizvajalca AstraZeneca najmanj 21 dni,

  • dokazilo o pozitivnem rezultatu testa PCR ali testa HAG, ki je starejši od 21 dni, vendar ni starejši od 6 mesecev,

  • potrdilo zdravnika, da so preboleli COVID-19 in od začetka simptomov ni minilo več kot 6 mesecev.

Osnovne zahteve oz. določila za udeležence tekme:

  1. Če imate znake akutne okužbe dihal, ostanite doma.

  2. Uporaba maske je priporočena tudi na prostem in med tekmovanjem.

  3. Držite se najmanj dva metra stran od drugih udeležencev.

  4. V avtu imejte sredstvo za razkuževanje in ga uporabljajte.

  5. S sabo prinesite folijo, v katero pospravite karto.

  6. Analize tekmovanja ne izvajajte v tekmovalnem centru.

  7. Ne imejte fizičnega stika z drugimi udeleženci.

OMEJITVE in UKREPI za preprečitev širjenja okužbe

 

TESTIRANJE

Negativni test (PCR ali antigen rapid test), ki ni starejši od 48 ur, je potreben za vstop v Slovenijo, kot tudi za nastop na tekmovanju.

Ker je za vsakega tekmovalca in organizatorja potreben negativni test, bomo organizirali testiranje s HAG testi. stroški testiranja vseh tekmovalcev (domačih in tujih) na uradnih mednarodnih tekmovanjih v Sloveniji, ki jih organizirajo slovenske nacionalne športne zveze, se povrnejo. To pomeni, da so pokriti stroški testiranja, ki ga organizirajo organizatorji tekmovanja.

Testiranje je možno tudi na ljubljanskem letališču in na lokacijah, ki jih organizirajo zdravstveni domovi.

 

PRENOČIŠČA in OBROKI

Restavracije in prenočišča so zaprta.
